Junior teams: Some of our junior teams are full - if you are in school years 5-12 and are planning on registering for juniors please email our junior coordinator Ken before you submit your registration: juniorcoordinator@whitfordhockey.asn.au.
2025 fees

Whitford Hockey Club fees are payable up front upon registration, via credit or debit card. Fees for the 2025 season can be accessed here and also in the pdf documents at the bottom of the page. Fees quoted to do not include the processing fee of 2% + $1.60 which is applied by RevSport.
If you would prefer to pay by instalments, email registrar@whitfordhockey.asn.au and you'll be sent a link to use to register. Your Hockey Australia levy is payable upfront, and Whitford fees will then be collected over 4 payments, via invoices issued fortnightly (that is, ¼ of the fee will be payable every fortnight). Instalment arrangements must be entered by 6 March 2025.

Discounts and concessions will be applied using a discount code. Please check these carefully and if you are eligible, add the discount code to your registration at the start of the process. Only one discount per membership applies. Refer to the 2025 Fee schedule and below for discount codes.
Age-related registrations are based on the player's age at 31 December 2025
To commence the 2025 registration process:
Returning players (you have registered for hockey in RevSport previously and have a National ID number): click on "Returning Member". Enter your date of birth and National ID. Please check any existing registration data and update if necessary.
New players: click on "New Member" and complete the registration form.
If your registration is successful, you will receive an email to the address of the person who registered. We suggest checking your email’s spam/junk folder if you don’t receive notification.
KidSport
Great news! KidSport has increased to $500. Whitford Hockey Club is a KidSport club and 2025 KidSport vouchers are now open for applications. KidSport has extended funding to include uniforms and equipment and we have added vouchers for Whitford Hockey Club Uniform items.
Check if your child is eligible and apply online for vouchers to use for the 2025 hockey season. Visit http://www.dlgsc.wa.gov.au/kidsport to find out more.
When registering, choose the specific KidSport categories for Juniors and Pre-Juniors. If you need assistance with KidSport, email registrar@whitfordhockey.asn.au

Other information

|
Hockey Australia levy
|
The Hockey Australia (HA) levy is a compulsory levy. The levy funds the National Hockey Insurance Scheme, plus a range of programs, resources, and functions administered by Hockey Australia.
You are ineligible to play in any Hockey WA competition until the levy is paid. The levy is payable once only for the 2025 season regardless of the number of competitions you play in.

Discounts and concessions
|
|
Discounts and concessions are applied at registration. Please use the correct discount code. Only one concession or discount can be claimed per member. If your situation is not covered in the information below, email registrar@whitfordhockey.asn.au prior to registering.

Family memberships
|
Family membership covers the membership fee portion only of each family member.
Each family member must register individually and also pay the HA levy and applicable turf levies.
When registering individual members apply the following discount codes:
Pre-juniors: FAMILYPREJNR
Juniors: FAMILYJNR
Seniors/Masters: FAMILYSNR
An invoice for $940 will then be emailed to a senior member of the family. Family membership fees paid prior to 31 March will receive a $25 club card (one card per family).

Life members
|
Life members receive free membership but must pay the HA levy and applicable turf and second team levies. The registrar will contact you separately to provide a discount code – do not register without this code

|
Goalkeepers
|
Goalkeepers with their own gear receive 80% off the WHC membership fee but must pay the HA levy and applicable turf and second team levies.
Eligible junior and senior keepers apply discount codes JUNIORGK or SENIORGK when registering.

|
Senior Concession
|
Concessional membership is available to full-time students, pensioners and health care card holders. Use discount code SNRCONCESSION when registering.
You may be contacted to provide evidence of your eligibility.

|
Casual game pack
|
Choose "Game membership" when registering. Games not played are non-refundable. Your membership can be upgraded once the number of games purchased is reached. No discounts are available for casual players.

|
2 teams - senior competitions
|
If you are playing in more than one over 19s competition team (Masters/Metro/Senior), choose this option when registering. You will be charged the full fee for your highest ranked team, and a second team levy.

|
2 teams - junior + senior competitions
|
Juniors also playing in a senior team use registration category Junior years 9-12 + senior team

|
Payment by instalments
|
Members may pay membership fees by instalments. To opt in, email the registrar for a link: registrar@whitfordhockey.asn.au. The HA levy is payable upfront, remaining payments will be invoiced over 4 fortnightly instalments. You must opt in before 6 March 2025.

Coaches
|
Junior and pre-junior coaching credits will be calculated and paid mid- season. Please register and pay as per the above process. Coaches of senior teams will be contacted with separate instructions
