Whitford Hockey Club has a distinct junior focus with teams in all age groups. Our Hooked into Hockey program (school years Pre Primary – Year 4) aims to assist players starting their hockey career in a safe and fun environment which encourages participation and development.

Our Junior players (school years 5-12) are able to further develop their skills and technical elements of the game with the introduction of games played on turf, extension programs for those wishing to take their hockey to a higher level and state level programs where talented players are identified for state team selection and the chance to play at the Australian Championships for their age group.

Senior players (18+ years) are comprised of both grass and turf teams and cover a very broad age range. There are many teams that cater for all levels of expertise, from those that are looking for a more social game of hockey through to those looking to play in the Premier Leagues. All teams are involved in the club at every level helping to maintain our family friendly atmosphere.

Whatever your ability, age or level of knowledge of the game, Whitford Hockey Club has everything you need when it comes to finding the right team for you!
